Rich is a graduate of Suffolk University (’85) and South Texas College of Law-Houston (‘95). He practiced civil law for 23 years in Texas, Utah and Massachusetts. He is looking forward to the challenge of working as part of a dynamic group at PNL and learning the intricacies of the administrative role here.
