Research Assistant
Valerie joined the PNL in September 2015 as a research assistant. She graduated from Brown University in 2015 with a degree in Health and Human Biology and an academic focus track entitled “Brain and Behavior”. As an undergraduate she worked at Butler Hospital in the Psychosocial Research Department, investigating the use of polypharmacy and the efficacy of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for inpatients with psychosis. She also performed research in the Mani Oncology Laboratory in the Department of Medicine and Genetics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
